Flippers outsources the transportation of products outside Gauteng, and therefore the cost of such transportation is subject to change based on the dimensions and/or weight of the products being carried.

Flippers uses a third-party shipping supplier to transport goods to all areas outside Gauteng, and cannot reserve any items until the shipping/transport arrangements have been finalized.

To minimize the risk of damage during transit, all products transported to areas outside Gauteng are wrapped before distribution by Flippers at a starting price of R100.00 (One Hundred Rand) per item. However, this starting price is subject to increase depending on the size of the item being wrapped.

As an alternative, customers are advised that they also have the option to make use of their own methods of transport for any products bought from Flippers should they so wish.

Please note that the onus is on the customer to ensure that items are not damaged during transit, as Flippers does not accept any responsibility for the products once they leave our premises.

All items bought for local pick-up (within Gauteng) must be collected within three (3) days from the date of purchase. 

Small products purchased from Flippers may be transported via POSTNET to POSTNET with the following costing:

• Small products weighing under three (3) kilograms will be at a cost of R99 (Ninety-Nine Rand). 
• The transport costs of small products weighing over three (3) kilograms will be costed by POSTNET based on the weight of the item. 

This cost is for the customer’s account in addition to the product purchased.
