Shipping Policy:
Flippers outsources the transportation of products outside of Gauteng and therefore the cost of such transportation is subject to change based on the dimensions and/or weight of the products which are being carried.
Flippers uses a third-party shipping supplier in order to transport goods to all areas outside of Gauteng and can therefore not reserve any items until the shipping/transport arrangements have been finalized.
In order to minimize the risk of damage during transit, all products which are transported to areas outside of Gauteng are wrapped before distribution by Flippers at a starting price of R100.00 (One Hundred Rand) per item, however this starting price is subject to increase depending on the size of the item being wrapped.
As an alternative to the above, customers are advised that they also have the option to make use of their own methods of transport for any products bought from Flippers should they so wish.
Be advised that the onus is on the customer to ensure that items are not damaged during transit as Flippers does not accept any responsibility for the products once same leave our premises.
Please take note that all items bought for local pickup (within Gauteng) must be collected within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
Small products purchased from Flippers may be transported via Postnet to Postnet with the following costing:
-Small products weighing under three (3) kilograms will be at a cost of R99 (Ninety-Nine Rand).
-The transport costs of small products weighing over three (3) kilograms will be costed by Postnet based on the weight of the item.
-This cost is for the customer’s account in addition to the product purchased.
